As health care becomes more complex, strong leaders are needed.
Are you ready?
The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation is recruiting applicants for the twelfth cohort of emerging leaders for the Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership (MICHL) program that begins September 2023. The goal of MICHL is to help participants increase their own personal impact, strengthen their effectiveness in their organization, enhance the organization's influence in the health care system, and understand effective leadership in the context of health inequities and racism.
MICHL has a long list of more than 190 health and healthcare related alums from across the state. The program and its network of alums are invaluable resources to those who are selected to take part in the cohort.
If you are interested in learning more about the Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership (MICHL) or may be thinking about applying but you are not quite sure how this nine-month long program can help you in your role, please come to one of our Zoom MICHL information sessions to learn more, ask questions, and hear from recent participants.
We are offering two sessions:
Information Session A
Wednesday, June 14th at 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Information Session B
Tuesday, July 11th at 12:30 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
